The method used in this study is quantitative, by distributing questionnaires to 100 randomly selected employees. Analytical techniques use path analysis with the help of LISREL program. However, the underpricing of initial return was still inconclusive. Some of the previous findings showed that the initial return on IPO tended to be under-priced and the expectation of the initial return to being over-pricing still could not be achieved. This study state that the initial listing price has not been related to initial return to achieve the expecting price in the long run. The influence of age of listed companies and the excess of paid in capital on an initial return of the IPO were significant, this is because the underwriter’s pressure on listed companies to put their listing price below the expecting price. The research method that is used is a descriptive analysis with collecting data through literature study and observation using the questionnaires. The research is conducted among the 64 reporters of PT Shandika Widya Cinema. The survey results revealed that an effort to increase the performance of the reporter needs to improve their competencies through continuous, technical training, focused on the journalistic technique, conceptual skills, and behavior. The development focusing on the technical journalism, communication skills, and behavior among the reporter will certainly improve their performance, loyalty, and dedication, which at last will increase the performance of the company. PT INTI is a company whose primary based as telecommunication contractor located in Bandung. This study was conducted to determine the effect between direct financial compensation variables and indirect financial compensation toward employee performance. This research uses the descriptive method and data analysis with the path and regression analysis. The result of this research is a descriptive condition of direct and indirect financial compensation in PT INTI in the reality of 2008 is not good based on continuum line where the average percentage is 30,21% where employee expectation to incentive and celebration of the holiday is large. In addition, the simultaneous test shows that there is no linear relationship between direct compensation and indirect compensation for employee performance at PT INTI. The survey results show that: (1) the economic impacts of tourism activities on the Balinese economy can be seen from 3 aspects: sectoral output increase, employment output, and wage/salary output, which significantly affects the performance of particular sectors. The air transport sector in Bali is becoming the sector with the biggest increase in output and the increase in revenue due to the spending of foreign tourists. Meanwhile, the trade sector enjoys the highest employment absorption. (2) There is a gap between districts/cities in the Bali region which is shown by the amount of tourism share in business turnover in Badung regency compared to other regions. (3) There is still a chance of even distribution of tourism in Bali. Efforts to build tourist destinations in the peripheral region can be one option for efforts to state tourism activities in Bali. This study uses survey method and data collection techniques used is literature study, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study was all employees of PT. XYZ (XYZ Print), which amounted to 79 people. This study uses regression analysis mooted simple and multiple regression. The collected data were processed using SPSS 23. The results showed that motivation and organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 13 with 114 respondent of the sample which is the people of Medan Satria districts who has to consume Aqua mineral water more than three times in a week using nonprobability sampling method and convenience sampling techniques. This research uses the quantitative method. The number of samples in this research was 50 respondents. This research uses the purposive sampling method to determine the samples with the criteria of employees who had attended training in 2016 – 2017. Method of completion of data used in this research were a questionnaire, interviews, and research literature. The result of t-test shows a significant influence of training variable on employee performance with t-value 2.382, meanwhile work motivation variable does not significantly affect the employee performance with t-value 1.654. Data used in this study were secondary data from financial statements in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2012 to 2016 of a food and beverage manufacturing company. Independent variables in this research are cash turnover and receivable turnover, while the dependent variable in this study is profitability. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test (R2), F test and T-test.
